Was drawn in ‘09 but should give you an idea...
Neck pocket to bridge screws should be 6.813” or 173mm
check that measurement.
From the neck pocket line (i.e. the deepest part of the pocket) to the screws is:
* 174 (low E)
* 175 (middle)
* 176 (high e)
The neck is not quite snug in the pocket, but by less than 1mm.
The neck is central on the body, and dead straight (pickups are directly under strings). The hole for the bridge block is correctly aligned, but the bridge screw holes are slightly off.

1) Clean the neck pocket of anything that is preventing the neck being compleatly right up against the body (bit of wood/paint etc) You look like you have a gap there.
2) make sure that the four holes that the neck bolts go through are a hairs wider than the bolts. The bolts should pass through the holes in the body without needing to be screwed in... this should give you a bit more wiggle to get the neck seated properly. this will also mean that the bolts actually clamp the neck to the body rather than just attaching it...
3) loosen the 6 screws holding the bridge and see if there is enough movement to get it square to the neck pocket... you could have a slightly bent screw that’s is causing the slant... also when you measure measure square, not along the string as they are angled. http://a63.tinypic.com/9lfiv6.jpg Sort of like that...
do all of this with the scratchplate compleatly away from the guitar... don’t use the scratchplate to line up the bridge as it still could be at fault... I have never bought a scratchplate that didn’t need to be “fitted” to a particular guitar... even genuine fender guards on genuine fender bodies.
get the bridge front edge/screw line the correct distance from the pocket/end of neck... from your measurements I think you have enough room to get it there... you can do all of this with the two E strings on to make sure the geometry is right...
see if you can and then worry about the pickguard if you need to...
I removed the scratchplate, then:
1) removed neck, cleaned neck pocket
2) drilled out the holes for the neck bolts
3) removed bridge and replaced, ensuring it is aligned with the screw holes
The bridge is now square to the strings. Not perfect, but very much better than it was.Neck length (from nut to heel) is 471mm
Gap at end of neck, about 1mm (even with wider neck bolt holes I can't lose this)
Distance from neck pocket to bridge holes is 174mm
So, from the nut to bridge holes is 645mm
The closest a saddle can get to the bridge screws is about 5mm, so the minimum string length is 650mm – but the scale length is 648mm.

If I re-drill the neck holes I save 1mm, which isn’t enough.The neck (471mm) is longer than the spec (18 3/8 or 18 7/16 – about 467mm).
So I don’t think I have any option but to position the bridge 5mm closer to the neck.

what is the length of the neck pocket out of interest?
also, you will be able to get that neck snug in the pocket... string the guitar up, tune to pitch and then undo the neck screws by a quarter turn each... when you loosen the last one the string tension will pull the neck snug into the pocket... tighten the screws and retune!!!!!
When tou redrill the bridge, just do the two out side screws first... make sure you get the bridge lined up correctly before you drill all six... that way you only have to plug two holes if you make an error...
with the six existing holes just fill with a little dowel... you won’t see it once the bridge is on!...
Many thanks to @poopot for his advice.
