Cioks DC5 finally arrived so I could finish the board. Very nice it is too, I've been a Cioks fan for a while, this is small, light, and delivers clean silent isolated power to each of my pedals, taking in a few different voltages.

Not the tidiest wiring job I've ever done but was in a bit of a rush and will probably transition to a new board in a couple of weeks anyhoo

How's the Archer @velvetsky? Heard nowt but good things about them

I'm intrigued by the 5F6, does it do a just breaking up amp sound ?

I think so - and In fact that is all I use it for. Gain doesn't go above 9 o clock. feels like an amp Very full and rich got that bassman sound for sure

Not had too much time with it but it's fantastic - just has that thing about it when you turn it on adds something and sounds great as a booster. I used the soul food before which worked well but compared to this doesn't come close - just lacking something this "feels" better

Back to basics for me with my board, everything I need, nothing I don't. The orange footswitch controls the boost on my Cornford Roadhouse. Between that, these pedals and the volume on my guitar I can go from clean to full on solo dirt and everything inbetween.

Sorry, my Sick As isn't going anywahere - it took me a long time to find the right low gain pedal, it's fantastic.

Yeah, I had a pretty long search too, including straight Klon clones, and although the Sick As is based largely on a Klon it brings something different to the party, it's a great drive. You can get them in the UK at Guitarbox.co.uk.

I have about a dozen overdrive pedals @thorpy made it on to the board though . Great pedal

I use Amp overdrive most of the time but for that ACDC crunch... best OD I have

This thread inspired me to tidy up my pedal board....it was strangely therapeutic and creatively liberating.

Still not perfect but a lot more manageable.

Now I just need some talent.

Better, but why are the power supplies off board?, and what's all those wires dangling between rails?. some great pedals there, I'd love to wire that board properly.
