Thought I'd chime in as no-ne else has. It's probably not bad value given the cost of individual spray cans. Might be OK if you're intending to do one guitar, which looks like what the kit's for. Saves buying bigger quantities of paper & compounds.
Maybe a little tight on the consumables, on the other hand good sandpaper & polish isn't cheap (paper packs cost me about £20 a shot, same for compounds), so if you're after doing a single one it's probably OK.
Adding - really for sanding you want sanding blocks, using bare hands is no good. You can buy them or make/find things that will do the job though. For starting with an already-painted guitar I'd want some 180-240 paper to give it a run over first. So possibly some extras you might want.
