  • Spitfire has all the Olafur Arnalds stuff on package and individual deals. I've been tempted by the Stratus for ages

Still not cheap but much better than full price if anyone's been looking at any of it

  • Synchroarts Vocalign for sale at about £70 by the looks of it, I'm sure I've asked about it before but I remain interested in it as I'd like to add more harmonies to my compositions and covers yet I'm not very good at my timing in order to get them sounding close enough.

Worth a punt for me to be able to straighten up 2 and 3 part harmonies do we think? Hoping to do a bit of a Jacob Collier impression

Ha I have to try hard every day to forget that. I don't think I want or need the pitch aligning, I was hoping to use it for the rhythm aligning more than anything, to have a three part harmony version of myself in perfect time would be very fun for me

Is it worth getting Pigments if I intend on buying the V Collection X? (provided I'm offered the same $149 deal).

If so, worth buying something else other than Pigments?
The $149 (or $99) pricing is cross-grade pricing, so you already have to have Arturia products to get that price.

Log in to your Arturia account to see your offers.
Bought Pigments , FX Collection 5, and V Collection X.

    £200 all in

I fell for it, and upgraded from v10 suite for v12 suite
nice that they give the same discount for upgrades, shame that they have been crappy about hardware with me, selling me Push 1 at full price, two weeks before Push 2 came out, without offering a fair outcome, then bringing out Push 3 with no upgrade deal because  had "missed the window".

Moral - Ableton are not as nice with hardware upgrades

I’ve used ReVoice Pro for years and it’s really good. I haven’t tried the pitch side of it before (I use Melodyne first if needed), just used for tightening harmonies. The workflow could be faster, but the algorithm works very well. Can dig out an example if that helps.

Bax Music seem to have the best prices on Ableton right now. They add an additional Black Friday discount in checkout, so upgrading from Lite to 12 Standard is around £123. I’m close to pulling the trigger myself.

  • I think they might give you a voucher instead @thecolourbox, scroll down to the FAQs on that page "Check your email inbox or login and check your cart! You should be receiving a special coupon if you already own this plug-in."
