Scott have you ever come across Rosser Guitars?  He's a guy in the States who makes some 'other' sized bodies.  He has a Harmony H44 one, I'd love to see your finishing on something like that one day.  It's a shame there's no one in the UK making bodies like that, but I guess it's a demand issue.

Would of loved a mockup of the red strat with a rosewood neck. Looked perfect! Classic Strat.

Just had a quick body on google mate, they look pretty need. Some very cool offset/firebird inspired stuff going on. I can get a body along those lines made here if you ever fancied doing one.

That’s very kind of you. We’ll be doing a few more colour over bursts shortly. They’re always well received so it’s time to have some fun!

Thanks. I have seen plenty of strats worn in those areas. Ultimately we have to do what the customer has given us for reference. I have always said there is a difference between an artist relic and realistic ageing.

Relic work, especially yours btw, is increasingly becoming genuine artistic expression in itself. Some of the effects achieved are just so eye-catching, compelling and beautiful in and of themselves that forensic accuracy is less and less relevant. The best relic work can achieve amazing finish combinations and effects that have only ever existed in the imagination and, as such, is a legitimate end in itself.

Just my humble opinion...

@mikem8634 thank you very much. I know the ageing thing divides opinion and from the very start I was always pushing to do it better and better. We’re definitely trying to cater for the guys wanting restoration style work as well as the artistic relic stuff. It’s difficult to get the balance but we take it guitar at a time. Really looking forward to some of the stuff we’ve got coming up.

New delivery, it’s definitely one of the perks of the “job”. They’re not mine as such (obviously I need to sell them) but there’s always excitement upon seeing the various bodies and having a flood of ideas running through your head about what colours you’re going to use.
