You would think so, but actually it’s lightest guitar of its type I’ve ever tried - considerably lighter than any other EGC or Travis Bean I’ve got. The bridge pickup is an absolute blast - the beefiest most gnarly sounding bridge sound I’ve ever heard, similar to a Tele but x100 - love it

I borrowed a TB1000 for a few months back in the 70's when my guitar had a fall and needed some serious surgery. It was quite an experience- great sounding and playing guitar but very cold in the winter!
