Lightweight, cheap mic stands that fold up nice n' small?

Does anyone know of any mic stands that fold small enough to go in an average duffel bag (maybe poking out a little bit).
I either want two long boom stands or an upright vocal one and a shorter boom (for micing a cab or acoustic guitar). Any good ideas?

you can get the audix cab grabber mics for cabs - I've used one for a number of years and they're a godsend.There are cheaper alternatives as well, adam hall and I think Thomann do one.

obvs won't work for vocals/acoustic !

Really was thinking more about actual stands for versatility when home recording. Live, I just dangle an e609 through the handle. The cab grabber I used for a while, the gooseneck was a bit stiff and I found it was difficult to get *exact* placement with a pencil mic.
