Silent Guitars - Any good? Recommendations?

Hi all,

As the title suggests, I've been thinking about one of these for a while. I have space to play my Electrics through headphones but obviously there is still a noise so I couldn't for instance sit with my wife watching TV and do that. 

So I started looking at these with a view to doing exactly that. I'm a bit on the fence with exactly how quiet they are watching YouTube. Does anyone have one, how do you get on with it? Are they as quiet as they seem or is it just a waste of money?

Very good, wish I hadn't sold mine.  Reverb-on eats preamp batteries is the only down side. 

Might want to include a setup too, as original action on mine was far too high.

Cool, thanks for that mate. 

How silent are they? I know they do a good piezoelectric sound but could you get a pseudo electric sound out of it too?
