New Taylor body shape

What's Hot
Taylor don't bring out new acoustic designs very often, these look very nice!

Non-cutaway dreads, no electronics and V-bracing... interesting.

  • The guitars in the video sound pretty good, and there will be a 300x series one, at just over £1500 which isn't cheap but I think those Taylors are very good guitars for the money nonetheless

Yes, I'd love to compare that with my old 310.

There is an 'E' version of all of them available...

Yes, I know, but Taylor seem to have been neglecting the non-E (and dreadnought) guitars for a few years and concentrating on smaller bodied cutaway electros. When I bought mine (around 2001, crikey) I just wanted a well-made, solid wood dread.

Has anyone had any experience of torrefied tops? They seem to be all the rage at the mo.
