Is the Martin LXM a good replacement for uncomfortable Yamaha FG700MS?

Hi all,

I have been playing Yamaha FG700MS for 4 months and have had issues in terms of comfort for my right arm, the guitar is digging into my arm and cutting of circulation even with a jumper on. I have looked for 000 and OM guitars but they are out of my current price range. I want to sell on my FG700MS and get a used Martin LXM that I have found for a great price. Is the LXM a good guitar? My main intention is to record myself playing if that makes any difference. Thanks!

    It's quite nice. It won't have quite such a full and deep tone as a larger guitar, but you should be able to get a good recorded sound with it.
