Priced to sell and at a loss to me . . . 

Apparently the Gringo is based on the Fender 5E3. The more informed will know the quality of Robs amps its nice to see that he's just started manufacturing again which is excellent news for all guitarists  . .   I emailed Rob some time back and he is always on hand to offer advice. He's actually on the forum under @YankeeRob - 

Currently my Gringo is running 6L6's with a  12AU7 in V1 and 12AX7 in V2. and it sounds sweet . . . Ive had this amp for some time now and its a cracker,  . . . You basically blend the Bright and Normal Volumes to hit the Volume you need then tweak the Tone to suit . . It also has a Bright Switch to change the overall voicing . . . Very few knobs, bells or whistle's but awesome tone  . .  8 ohm or 4 ohm Speaker Connections & not much more . . . 

I think that I paid around £500 when I picked it up off @TimBloomer so I'll never have a seat in Alan Sugars office.
