Hi, Just received new pedal but unsure about the finish. Anyone else experienced this. The red panels on end seem out of line and crooked. Is this normal ? I have looked at some pictures on net of other Chase Bliss pedals and it appears that some of them also have a crooked finish. I have not tried it yet, not plugged it in. I contacted Gear4music to ask their advice but have to wait until Monday to hear.  Just wondered what others thought....   bugga …. how do I attach a photo ?????

I see what you mean. On my Gravitas and Spectre I think it's just a single red panel and dead straight.

If the dip switches all work then no big deal really. You won't see 'em when it in your board.

I’ve had a couple of Chase Bliss pedals, and both have been perfect. My OCD would insist on returning yours, but maybe you’re not as weird as me.

Looks like it might just need snapping back into place by pushing them from inside the case. Never owned one though so no idea how they’re constructed.

It’s not uncommon for them to be slightly skewed, I have like a dozen of them.

My OCD for quality wouldn't like that on a high end product. I can deal with EHX doing that but not a high end expensive product.

Reach out to Joel at Chase Bliss. He has a high standard for his own product and I'd imagine he would insist on a replacement/fix

The real question is, are you willing to wait 2 weeks to send it off and get it back...

Ive just cquired on of these and my dip switches are completely flush
