Thinking of adding a bass-cut pot to a dual-humbucker guitar; does the pot value matter that much? I see people re-using existing 500k tones pots, or using 1mb, but not sure why one or the other. And anti-log as well, does that give normal/all bass at zero? Ta. new territory for me.

    500K or 1M log are both fine, but it will give full bass at 0 and cut at 10. If you want full bass at 10 you need anti-log.
