Cool-sounding vintage phaser, ultra-rare and collectable. It's branded Arbiter Soundhouse but this is the same product as the Vox/Aria RE-90 Super Phaser, just with a different badge. (It says 'RE-90' on the circuit board.) 

Just one knob, like all the best phasers. It's sweet and swirly at slow speeds, intense and throbby at high speeds. 

All original as far as I can tell and in good condition for its age. £85 £75 £65 (ppg) delivered. Trades considered.
