Anybody want to play for free this Saturday in Birmingham?

I know that's not very inviting.
Springstock is an annual charity festival ( this year for the British Heart Foundation) run partly by old friends of mine. I have played in a band at it in the past and it was well organised, backline supplied, enthusiastic ( ie  drunk) family audience. We even got a few paying gigs off the back of it. 
Anyway they've had a band drop out so if you have a 45 minute set that needs an airing they are on Facebook. Or let me know and I'll PM them.

Sadly we're at a wedding this weekend.. would have been great for us. I work about 10 mins from there (Tennis Court?) so could have got a few people down. We've already turned a couple of gigs down due to this bloody wedding

Yes, the Tennis Court. I think it was a different pub when we played, Springstock relates to the name of the pub where it started I think so it has moved around. Last year we asked but couldn't get on because there were so many bands wanting to do it. This year I've no band. Sod's law.
