The principle of correct practice of guitar

Has anyone followed this course by Jamey Andreas. I’ve started reading it but it’s a tad strange....

    I used to have her book years ago. I scanned it when I first got it but couldn't be bothered reading it all. I think basic message - which got somewhat lost in 100 pages of blurb - was relax your muscles/release tension. It's a good message. As a beginner I used to think what I needed was more strength when in fact what I needed (amongst many other things) was to be able to identify when I was tensing and to learn to release that tension. Probably really obvious stuff to anyone with classical training (not me).
