Trying to get new phoneline set up for father in law, and find him the cheapest deal. Just needs phone, no internet.
Found this company - https://www.simpletelecoms.co.uk/ - they specialise in seniors.

Problem is, i can only find 300+ positive reviews on trust pilot and not one single person bitching about it.. this makes me suspicious..

Anyone heard of them/used them before? Or have a better recommendation that is't BT trying to charge £70 to turn the line back on?

Thanks

    Old people don't do online surveys so I wouldn't be too worried by the trust pilot reviews

    I get a special deal with BT of £30 a quarter for a landline which includes broadband. Just give them a ring and explain he's a vulnerable elderly person.

    If he’s getting pension credit you can get a special rate from BT. https://btplc.com/inclusion/ProductsAndServices/BTBasic/index.htm

    @LuttiS ;

    Have you looked at their website? , the only way to contact them is via email or web form, no phone numbers to call. I am guessing they just sell lines and if it goes wrong pass it onto BT. If BT cannot find a fault then i guess the customer pays the bill.
