First thought would be a Casino. I’ve had mine for the best part of 10 years now;
The Casino is a true hollow body. I also have a couple of semi's
PRS SE Custom Semi Hollow (original version). I had a blue one when they first came out, sold it, bought another (this one)
Played one gig with it and liked the sound so much that I gave it to my son and upgraded to an S2
And how do you find the Bigsby bridge (I think that's what it is?) with keeping it in tune and all that?

I'd seriously have a look at the various Ibanez offerings if I were you. Always seem value for money (and not all of them are the "blingy jazzy looks" camp )
I wasn't actually aware Ibanez did semi-hollows!
My 335alike... guesses on the brand?
Yes, they are (Dog-eared) P90s in the Casino. I haven't found any direct swaps on-line so, if you did want to upgrade them, then the best option seems to be to take them out and get them re-wired.
It was supplied with a Bigsby (some sort of limited edition from Thomann). The bridge saddles were notched, probably a standard non-trem bridge, and I think that these were the cause of tuning instability. I swapped the bridge for a roller version (supplied by NW Guitars https://www.northwestguitars.co.uk/ who are just up the road from me) which seems to have fixed the problem.
Yes, a 1993 Berlin Pro which I've had from new. I had 'retired' it but I recently swapped the locking trem for a more conventional non-locking version and it's now seeing regular action.
The collection has grown by one since that photo. I added a PRS SE Chris Robertson single cut which looks great but reminds me that I don't get on with single cuts for some reason.
The electrics are upgraded from the factory vs the std Casino (Gibson pickups, switchcraft jack and switch).
Like this one.....
I also have a 2019 Gibson LP DC Jr. Despite both of them having Gibson P90s the sound is totally different. The Casino can do some pretty sweet cleans, but also some nice electro blues / fuzz tones. Since it is fully hollow it can get quite feedback-y, but sometimes that can be brilliant - with a bit of gain and volume the whole guitar feels alive and starts to resonate. You already know what the Jr. does well.
One other thing to consider with the Casino is that the neck joins at the 16th fret, which makes upper fret access difficult. That may or may not be a concern to you.
