Boss ME10 old timer ! ...........faulty

Hi all,
I have had a Boss ME10 FX from new (1993ish) but not used it for about 15years now.  Its a great old timer beast that still holds it own but has gone faulty.  Switches on Ok, all lights, and tuner works but no effects despite the switching/lighting seeming OK.  Reading up on these it seems the capacitors go and some people have repaired these.
Anyone offer any thoughts or know who may help repair for me - I know it may cost as much as modern new ones but I'd love to get it going again - it was so easy to use and covered so many effects.

Have checked around and most fixers can't help but Frank here is going to have a look at it, no fix no fee.
