Yet another sad story of "its not you..., its me"... as much as I want to be a strat player and want that tone in my life...
 after not being able to bond with this stunner its probably time to admit defeat and realise im just not a strat guy... so here she is...

Dealer select Ltd edition ( from coda ) 63 Custom Shop relic with a beautiful grain ash body, 9.5 radius, medium jumbos, and, Josefina signed custom wound p'ups. 
in stunning condition with all certs etc.

hard to photograph the detail of the finish with all the checking and the way it sinks into the grain

Not wishing to derail the FS post, and very nice 63 Custom Shop, but I have often wondered what Fender were shooting for with the dark waterslide logo over a lighter wood headstock...........was this a thing that I've missed????

The decal ages and darkens over time, so it’s replicating that.

WRT the guitar, do you have any flexibility on price ?

@designerseye88 thanks! looks even better in the flesh.. i think they've absolutely nailed the paint on this one especially the way it sinks into the grain of the ash on the body.. i've lost hours just looking at it

@Lebarque strange how some things just feel more right than others.. quite at home on a Tele but always feel im fighting a Strat  

Had some inquiries regarding weight and.. she weighs in at a very healthy 7.5 Lbs
