Its the sort of shit I post after a couple too many drinks: )
But I'm still interested!
I bet fecks is wrong as well: )
Why do I get the feeling I'm likely to be disappointed?
A strat wth fat and middy humbuckers would probably actually be “perfect” but maybe that’s also why I find them so boring and bog-standard.
OK, we all have personal preferences and quibbles as regards neck shape, fret size, fretboard radius, trussrod adjustment, vintage or modern hardware, upper fret access....
But just to look at it.... the headstock shape, the body outline, the way the scratchplate complements it, the body contouring, the jack plate, the angled bridge pickup.... it's perfect, it's beautiful. It couldn't be better.
Like chalk and cheese.
For aesthetics alone I'd go with that.
Taking into account the number of frets, upper fret access, weight and balance I might go with a PRS Custom 24.

All of the classic designs are flawed (yes I do have them nevertheless).
The closest thing to my perfect design only exists inside my head. It will probably never find its way out either.
