I was looking at buying some kind of MultiFX to do the whole micropitch shift thing, but I found reaper had a native plug in that could do it very respectably.
Ditto all the rest of the FX I could possibly want. AND I can do em WD, with a multitude of speaker cab options via IR's.
I'd still like a HXFX or Eclipse at some point, but it's not a priority anymore.
I'm basically playing via my monitors with dry tracks panned hard left and right, wet tracks blended in with volume and panned at about 80% through a variety of cabs.
