Help please! Harmony Acoustic H1260 Repair

I've been given a Harmony H1260 Sovereign acoustic guitar. It's in less than spectacular condition but has some sentimental value.

These pics aren't of my actual guitar but it's the same:

One of the machine heads has snapped off at the spindle (you can see that one in the example above is bent too).

Can anybody recommend some decent, but not too expensive given the value/state of the instrument, replacement options please?

The other side is complete but looks like it has seen better days - and I assume it would make sense to replace both anyway.

I guess screw holes won't necessarily line up with new parts but the diameters and spacings of the capstans are fairly standard?

I have a large box of old machineheads - I'll have a look through and see if I have a strip the same. I'll get back to you later (not today)...

I sourced a similar set from Guitarfetish for a 50's lap steel. Check measurements on their site if you dont find any other leads.

Sorry, I've been through the collection now and I don't have any .

I forgot to say before - these heads are actually Waverlys, made in the US, so may be easier to source on a US-based forum or on US Ebay.

I had seen the StewMac aged ones and did wonder if they could be a goer. Looking around they don't appear to be widely available in the UK/EU, is that right? Is the only option to buy them from the US and get stung for VAT/charges on import?
