Opinions on the Millenium MS 2003 boom microphone stand, Good or Bad?

For home use only.  It is cheap and will be used, at most, a few times a year for family sing songs and get togethers.  Anyone here have one and, if so, is it worth getting?  Worth buying?

    It’s going to cost you €30 to get it to you including shipping, for your use I would suggest your local free ads music shop eBay or even Argos could get the same quality cheaper
