SOLD Gibson ES 335 Dot 2005 £1400

Hello there,

I’m debating letting my 335 go to another home as a) it’s just not getting the playing time it deserves and b) I have the itch for something new.

The guitar is a 2005 Gibson 335 Dot in a vintage sunburst I guess it is. 

The guitar overall is in good condition however, there are a few less than perfect things about it.
the worst of the issues is the back where it has been chipped through to bare wood.  Annoying, I know. There is also a few worm marks.  I will assume this is all from an unwieldy belt buckle as this is the condition I received it in. 

The top is actually in very good condition and has a touch of flame happening. The neck is all good.  The headstock has a couple of little marks and dings at the top/back. I believe the pickups are 57 Classics and to my ear they’re very good and I usually swap out pickups straight away. Frets are great condition, plenty left in those. 

Just had a play and a crackle has developed on one of the volume pots. Maybe just needs some contact cleaner, however, price dropped to reflect this and would like it gone! 

Comes with Gibson hard case in good condition. 

I’ve tried to be as detailed as I can, but I’d always advise someone to pop over for a coffee and a chat to look it over if interested.

I’m useless with neck questions, I think it might be, yes. I can have a measure later one tonight as I’m at work or look for specs in a little bit.

Found out the specs...60s Slim.
