Actually, I would probably buy one, if the colours were less primary. A nice acoustic would look good in an all beech or oak coloured one.

If the base of the stand not counter-weighted, in a stage or rehearsal environment, both the stand and the supported guitar could be knocked over by clumsy/inebriated people. Your design may need to be over-engineered if it is to withstand roadies and drummers.
Because it doesn't fold it isn't very portable so only really suitable for use at home, which is OK.
It would need more padding on parts that the guitar touches to avoid any scuffing and the padding would need not to damage nitro cellulose paint finishes.

It looks pretty cool and if the one shown is considered as a prototype to be developed to take account of feedback then it could end up being a good sales prospect. Good luck.
P.S. Maybe it was just for the photo but keeping a guitar next to a radiator is not very kind to it
