Trying to contact Red 5 Audio

I place a small order with them last Monday but have only received an order “being processed” email with no follow up. I have mailed them through their contact form and phoned repeatedly. 

Just checking here to see if there’s any information ie. ill health etc. that might account for this or else I’m afraid I’m going to have to lodge a Paypal dispute
