Funny series on Netflix

I just got through Medical police on Netflix and enjoyed it very much. The style of humour owes much to the Police squad/Airplane sort of thing, eg rather daft but played very straight. The difference is that it is one long story over 10 episodes, a couple of staff from a hospital get involved in an international incident and are acting as detectives to solve the thing. Anyway, a big thumbs up for me. I'm not generally a big TV watcher, and more often than not I don't finish series, but I whipped through this in 4 days, which is lightning speed for me.

Have you watched Norsemen, if you like comedy then it'll make you laugh.

I believe Series 3 of Norsemen is imminent, 20th January is a date I've heard bandied about. Highly recommended from me especially as the wonderful actor Silje Torp makes me feel a bit funny

It's a bit darker than Airplane-style comedy but Happy! on Netflix is excellent. In a similar "dark and unhinged, I can't believe what I just saw/heard", The Boys on Amazon Prime is very funny

My younger daughter (15 today) is also obsessed with that series. To be fair it is very good.

It's one of my favourite comedy shows, I absolutely love it

The cop show spoof on Sky called "A Touch of Cloth" is also worth checking out if you like this sort of comedy

It's been around a while, but Still Game is a good one.

Watching medical police now, I enjoy silly humour. 

Its not on Netflix but if you can find "a touch of cloth" it's similar daftness.  But better.
