Axesrus do Filtertron covers in raw unplated nickel - not exactly a relic finish, but has a bit of that vibe. Off my head I don't remember if theirs are the same size as vintage Gretsch covers or the marginally smaller size of TV Jones.

Perhaps have a look at CrazyParts in Germany too.

Yeah, I was looking at the Crazy Parts stuff. I just wanted to see if anyone might have something appropriate knocking around before splashing the cash as it were. Thanks all the same
