Help - what replacement 3 way lever switch

What's Hot
The 3 way lever switch in my charvel san dimas it's a little stiff and there's a easy silence as I flick between pickups if i get stuck in what would be positives 2 or 4 in a 5 way switch .  Thinking about replacing it but unsure if a different one would be any better.  Assuming for a looser feel and faster switching action.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

CRL for a lever switch. Oak Grigsby if you really have to - eg for a 4-way Tele switch, which CRL don’t do.

    Switchcraft for a toggle.

  • Do you think a CRL replacement switch would be smoother  etc?

It depends what the stock switch is - but I don’t think it will be a CRL if there’s a drop-out between positions, they’re make-before-break so there’s no gap. That sounds more like it will be a cheap plastic box switch.

CRLs have a looser movement with more positive stops, Oak Grigsby are stiffer and have more tendency to stick out of the stops.
