7th June is *currently* free for me, but is also smack bang in the middle of the school rewards trip and residential season, and I tend to get a lot of bookings come in. 

I'm happy to be a potential/ reserve.

Didn't @brocco or @fangango set up a separate Paypal account for handling Bristol jam funds last time? Is that still available? Would help keep financial ins and outs manageable.

@mrkb - hi Mark. @fandango to his immense credit was out of pocket for quite some time when he booked the venue last year, something we want to avoid this time around. All payments last year went through through fandango's own paypal account.

And I have since closed the PayPal account and associated email address.

Bear in mind I booked this up 8 months ahead of time. And despite this and the regular promotion of the event, Attendance was less than we could have accommodated, and I only just covered my costs.

Last year, there were three participant lists. Definite/paid-up subscribers, a "reserves" list and a bunch of backroom/helpful types who would offer various forms of assistance to nervous or less experienced attendees. (Song rundowns, on-the-fly instrument maintenance, overseeing the recording kit whilst the main guy nips out for a cig break.) 

The most fundamental thing will be to have at least two drummers of a good standard.

Next, there needs to be an attention-shunning bloke who can plonk away in the low register.

A pukka, sight-reading keyboardist would be handy. If nothing else, it would extend the song list possibilities.
