Damn, just 61. I loved Rain Parade. Still do. They were hugely influential for me and a lot of my former bandmates.

Gutted.
My wife asked me to stop singing Wonderwall.
I said maybe.....

    Rain Parade was the first band I ever went to see. Although David Roback had left by then, l loved Emergency Third Rail Power Trip and still do. Rain Parade was a huge influence on me wanting to play guitar and be in a band. Very sad to get this news. RIP.

    I like Mazzy Star a lot... must check out Rain Parade, they've passed me by for some reason.
