What's Hot
Here’s a short video of our bass bridge basses being machined in our Rutland workshop, automated loading of material into a 5 axis milling machine

Here’s the bass bridge saddles being being loaded into the Cnc mill by our automatic pallet changer, each vice does a separate face of the saddle, six saddles completed per cycle

Please could we have some 6 string wrap overs ... with intonation ridge
Having trouble posting images here?  This might help.

    I’m sure it’s possible....show me a pic of what you’d ideally want

This is usually quoted as the gold standard ...

    This is PRS-esque

    OR this

There are various similar, but either price is a major obstacle (US kit, #1) or UK distribution is patchy (German made, #2 & #3) or they're just cheap & nasty (Chinese eBay, but what do you expect!)

The PRS one is probably most suited to machining, we can machine the radius over the top but it’d add a lot of time which is why most of these are cast then machined in specific places....I’ll have a look into what would be involved

I'm a big fan of your company, as I work in engineering and also am a guitarist! Saw the article on you guys in one of those through the post "manufacturing today" type magazines, enjoyed the write up! Nice to see guitar manufacturing being dragged kicking and screaming into this century!
