Brownface pre-amp  -- comes with middle control which offers the upside of being able to shift the tone to blackface or tweed, or anywhere in-between.

Fitted with a switch to drop the power from 18 to 10 watts

Comes with footswitch for the trem and reverb, plus a Roqsolid fitted cover

it is a shame that at the time that I'm looking for a small, Princeton flavoured amp in the secondhand fender reissue budget, that this is for sale, as well as an original 1962.... coincidentally the same year of manufacture for the guitar I want to pair it with.

Talk about blue-balls.

I played through the Hawker once at Rift HQ. Sounded great. If I was into getting another boutique amp that would be it

As the buyer (after silently coveting it ever since was advertised!), I'd just like to say what a great chap Mike @MtB is to do business with and, in happier times, would be great to sit and have a chat and a coffee/beer with.

Thanks Dave. It was good to meet you too. Thanks for your custom, I'm sure you'll enjoy the amp. However for me the amp gas flame is burning strong, and a decision on which way to proceed needs to be taken.

I'm sure we'll meet up for that coffee/beer at one of the jam meets or a music trade show.
