New lock-down prices £3 (inc. vat) per album (each album has a bonus track if you buy it) or 35% off if you buy all three, which is 21 tracks for under £6 !
I've also set it so you can listen to the tracks for free as many times as you like, if you'd rather not spend what little cash you have left.
They may not be to everyone's taste, but I find them (mostly) quite soothing to listen to, which may be of help in these stressful times.
I've ordered a Korg Volca Modular to mix things up a bit more, my only fear is it might be an entry drug for Eurorack stuff !
The ridiculous number of tracks I've done already suggests that it's sparked something creative in me and it's fun seeing where I'm being taken by it.
I bought both Tenori-On and Microkorg years ago, and they sat around doing very little while I slowly worked my way to a point where they suddenly became something else I could throw into the mix (I sometimes use a very old Zoom drum machine too).
I also dug out a midi keyboard and ran that through a free copy of Fruity Loops Studio (you can't save anything, but I only need it for the sounds so that's fine ) and there are more sounds in there than I know what to do with !
I'm having so much fun with my Volca Modular plus pedals
So
much so that I've put together another 9 tracks in two days ! A
particular favourite is Track 2: Jazz Demolition, so called because it
sounds to me like someone tootling a clarinet while a friend knocks down
his garage.
Thank you - there's a bit of Mood and Blooper in there now, but I'm still getting the hang of them so their contribution isn't huge.
While I change my mind constantly, I'm planning to spend the next three years doing this nonsense (until I'm 60) and then maybe move on to something new. At the rate I'm going it would mean a ridiculous amount of stuff that barely anyone listens to, but it passes the time !
Having bought loads of pedals since lock down began, I thought I'd make the next album without any of them
I
was going to use a lot more sources, but in the end I was having so
much fun with one source that the whole album came from there.
The
website is called Typatone, and what you do is input text and it
converts it into music. Each track started with the title entered into
the site, and each different set of sounds (six, IIRC) recorded to make
the raw materials from which I created the final piece.

They may not be to many people's taste, but I enjoy listening to them as well as making them, and that'll do for me
