The apache gallop

I'm Trying to lean Apache by the shadows but I'm very stuck on the gallop section. As a beginner I'm finding it difficult to master having to get the rhythm spot on whilst also getting the right amount of palm mutating to get it to sound right

Is there a simple alternative I can play to fill in this section so I can play the tune through until I can get consistent with this tricky part

Hi @phil_b ;

Shadows stuff is quite easy to play, but sounding like Mr Marvin is another kettle of fish. Try playing it without the palm first of all and then introduce the muting.

I take it you are using tabs or is this from a youtube video ?
