Not sure if it’s the enforced change in routine or the reminder that none of us are immortal but I have the desire to write new music for the first time in 15 years.

I have a load of stuff to work on (including a new apocalypse style song), but after my dual work and home teaching/cat herding responsibilities each day, I have no energy to create! Hopefully this weekend will give me a chance....

Better luck tomorrow mate, on the bright side though, jetwashing is quite satisfying in its own way. Did my patio on Sunday whilst sorting the garden so we can chuck the little horrors, I mean treasures in there for part of the afternoon each day.

Gonna be trading my guitars for gardening tools at this rate.

OK, tonight is the night! Mrs IMC1980 is having prosecco with her friends via videocall; the kids have been relatively painless to manage today, so I am going to get some stuff down later on.
