Also a superfan. I've heard a lot of not-so-superfans say it's too much of a departure towards too artsy a style.

I'm into it, and likely will get more into it over further listens.

Just had an email from Amazon telling me the revised delivery date for my copy is April 24th.
Will have to have to stream it later today instead. Read some positive reviews of it though.

Lightning Bolt and Backspacer were both really strong "recent" albums.

In fact I don't think they've done a bad album, sure some tracks I'm not keen on but there's always something great.

I'd honestly say all of them, there's so much quality on them, my personal favourite is the self titled album, often referred to as avocado.

There’s a 91 - 03 complication. Loads of good stuff after that though, but worth it for a casual fan

I'm a big fan, have been since Ten.
Their back catalogue is HUGE & often specked with genius.
    Backspacer, Vs, Yield...
Benaroya is a brilliant live album too.

I keep the This is Pearl Jam Spotify playlist on my phone- its a fair representation of their work.

I was being just a bit facetious, sorry.

I have got the first five PJ albums, I loved Ten but got increasingly disenchanted with each subsequent release.  They just don't rock hard enough for me.  I'm not saying they should rock hard, it's entirely up to them, but I find them a bit soporific.

One thing I always mention in connection with Pearl Jam, Stone Gossard's solo album Bayleaf.  I don't know what it is about it, but I love it to bits.

Yes, I've got the first Brad album and also a Pigeonhed album.  I was buying nearly all that stuff that came out of Seattle, for a while.

Listen to 'em in order - so next on your list is Vitalogy.  Spin the Black Circle, Betterman, Whipping, Corduroy are standouts on there for me.
