Voltage “pump” 9 -> 18v?

Hey I’m looking for a wotsit that can convert 9v to 12v to power a pedal from a power supply the only dishes out 9v. Please let me know if you know if any solutions. Cheers!

If you have basic soldering skills, you can make one yourself using very few parts.

Most power supplies also provide 12v and 18v outputs and are pretty affordable. Buying one of those might be a better solution than having an extra stand-alone box to eak out an extra 3 volts.
