Drum loops/beats for garageband

Hello,

Anyone know a simple way to import basic, decent sounding drum loops or drum beats into garageband?
I can't get the inbuilt drummers to to a basic enough beat, it's all a bit modern sounding...
Just after a blues shuffle and a couple of basic 2/4 4/4 things.

I guess I'd need to mess with the tempo which is where I get confused.

Any ideas appreciated otherwise it's back to the Alesis.

Edit: In case anyone needs to know....there in Garageband...under the 'Loop' button. Wood for trees etc
