My Korg d4 died. What digital recorder would work for me ?!

my faithful old korg d4 looks like it’s bit the dust . 
So I’m looking at a replacement .
I’ll be looking to record half decent songs at home , as well as being able to record rehearsals. 
i’m looking for something that’s easy to use , built in effects would be a bonus as I’d like to plug straight in like I did with the korg.
not looking to spend big money .

Any ideas ? I’m totally out of touch with what’s out there !
