Sold - Yamaha SA2200 Violin burst. In excellent condition with Hiscox case £1000

I bought this just over a year ago in mint condition, since the pictures were taken (the pictures in the link are from the advert I bought from as they are much better than I could do)  I have removed the plastic from the pickguard and it has picked up one very small shallow non finish breaking dent on the front near the strap button, I will get a picture of this later when I'm home.

It's being sold on as I have bought two PRS guitars recently and I need to balance the books somewhat and as beautiful as this guitar is it get almost no playtime (the neck isn't as fat as I like) so I need to be objective and let it go.


I'd prefer collection from Milton Keynes, but would be willing to meet up if the distance is reasonable.

Also willing to post, I have sufficient packaging to make it as safe to send as possible but I'd ask the buyer to organise the courier and insurances as this will then assure both of us peace of mind.

i've never played a 335, are the necks comparable?

i wasn't expecting much when i clicked the link, i literally went wow!!!

I think it's a 2006 you can see the serial number in one of the pictures and decode it on a suitable website.

I've never played a 335 so couldn't tell you what the difference is, I know it's a little to shallow for me.

Mine is a 2003 and I think they stopped the coil taps not long after .... so the other option of 2009 is probably too late ...
It is a beauty if it's 20 years old though !

This neck is a lot slimmer than the Historic 59 RI 335 I once had.

Thanks for that, it is in very good condition for any age if it is 20 then it's in amazing nick.
