Lovely vintage Gibson SG Special - an early Series 2 'Batwing' from late 1966. Nicely refinished (in the late 80s or early 90s) in polaris white - assumed to be poly of some kind.

Paintwork is immaculate - apart from a roughly filled chip at the edge of the control cavity. No buckle rash etc.

Tuners upgraded to Grovers and bridge to a Badass.

Pickups believed to original.

Mixed set of pots.

A screw has been added in the middle of the scratchplate to counteract warping.

Gibson hard case in fairly well used condition - the handle is taped up on one side, but seems ok.

Collection from Milton Keynes or Rushden, possible personal delivery or part way meet if not too far. Will courier if really necessary.

Note to mods: having outed myself as trying a little trading a while back, this one is purely a private sale - though it is one from my mystery off-grid friend Steve's personal collection. I hope that's ok.
