Connecting audio through Helix?

Really loving my Helix and Red Sound LS12 amp combo, but can't configure my ipad/phone audio through 3/4 return inputs on the Helix.
There are videos but still not clear to me how to set up global settings and have playing audio to jam along to. Ta for the help if you csn.

It’s not in global settings you would need to do it on a per patch basis, just add a return block where you want it in the path
