Starting to build some funds and would like to buy a Musicman Ball Family Reserve - ideally a 25th Anniversary or Albert Lee

I have a Reflex which is my #1 guitar and ‘96 Albert Lee - black/white sss hard tail.  As such I’m keen to improve upon what I already have.  Would trade the Reflex or Albert Lee as part of the deal.l plus cash.

I've owned both the Reflex and the 25th anniversary and they sound and play the same, the 25th is just prettier, so if the Reflex is your number one it might be worth considering just keeping it?

I get your point.  I think the BFR is at the heart of this post.  From what I understand there is more careful selection with the wood used, maybe also the finish.

I parted with a beauty of a 25th with heavy flame maple neck 6 months back. Stunning guitar but they hard to find uk.
