The guitar has a very low action possibly too low for some but can easily be reset in 10 seconds with bridge adjustment.
There is paint chip on lower horn area on edge of neck pocket done by myself years ago.
Fretboard is showing some discoloration with age but it's not grimy or cruddy. 
The volume pot is changed to push pull. The trem arm is included. I have the back plate cover for trem spring cavity but do not have the screws for it. The bridge pickup is a tone zone that has been modded with half air mod and the pickup magnet is changed from A5 to A4

SOLD !! Lol Back to Flumpet .. That's twice I've owned it and I think 3 times for Flumpet.
