Custom double case for Banjo & Mandolin etc?

Does anyone know where I could get a custom hard or semi-rigid case made for carrying two instruments?  

I'm after something like this for banjo and mandolin:



...and something similar for a squareneck Dobro and small-body Martin 0017s (they're roughly the same size as each other, so I reckon they'd nest together pretty well)

The story is I'm playing as a multi-instrumentalist in an Americana type acoustic band.  It'd make my life a lot easier to cut down on the number of individual cases I have to move and keep track of if I could double up some of my instruments into multi cases.  I'm thinking it'd also speed up setting up and packing down a bit.
