10 months after I packed it all up to move house...

I’ve rebuilt my studio!

The spare bedroom was full of unsorted junk for months but I finally found time to clear it out and paint it. It was pretty makeshift in my old house so I was determined to make more effort here. The centrepiece is a Gear4Music desk - bigger and sturdier than I thought it would be, so no need (and no space!) for separate monitor stands. The Hercules rack just about fits but I’m considering wall hangers on the back wall as dinging one of my nice guitars against the edge of the desk seems almost inevitable.

All I need now is a nice lava lamp.

    Nice setup.

Dings - mate, I have multiple dings all over some of my nicest guitars. I got a brand new PRS Paul's guitar and I put two dings in the binding almost straight away, by knocking it into a desk. I've resolved to just live with the fact I am a bit cack handed when it comes to stuff like this.

  • Reveal Active, from many years ago. They were a very good investment, haven’t yet felt the need to upgrade.
