1x12 Cab with 1U rack space??

Hi all

I use a 1U rack power amp and a 1x12 montage cab with kemper kone speaker when playing live.

Anybody know of a cab builder who could build a speaker cab including 1U rack space? Would be a neater solution for me than two separate units.

Or, get or make a "19 inch sleeve" and use the amp like a head? How wide is the existing speaker cab?

@ecc83 thanks Dave but this is basically my current set up. Would just be nice to effectively have a combo. Not a big deal just thought it's then only one piece of gear and all hooked up...

You could seek out an old/cheap/broken 1x12" combo with front control panel and gut it. Then install some rack ears and your speaker?

Yea, verily!^ I have a combo cab (oldl  Hi Watt?) that is jeeust short of 20" inside D where the chassis would he been. You can't have it because it houses the Greenback for my son's HT-20.

All it would need though is two 6mm section ally angle pieces bolted either side. I am sure I got the cab by posting a wanted add in classifieds , might even have been here in Frets?

Could you not cut a slot in one of the back panels on the Montage (or a replacement panel)
