Here are three of mine (hopefully the pics work)...

    63' CS Telecaster reissue

    51' CS Nocaster Reissue

    60's American Original

    That blonde/gold case is sexy.

Where can a fellow pur chase?
Cheers mate! They came with the Nocasters a while ago. Mine actually came with 2 cases (this one and a proper one).

Just have a google of Telecaster thermometer case. Don't offer much protection but look cool!

    My kind of thread!
    Do Esquires count?
    'Course they do!

The only two I currently have, but I have another 2 builds waiting to be started.
These pics are from when they were first built so there's a few subtle changes been made (including intonation, before some clever clogs says it) but the bones are the same.
Both of these are Mighty Mite bodies and necks.

    My#1 - 6lb 12oz. Button polish/shellac on both body and neck.

My office open G chugger.  9lb+ Heavy bugger. Blantons wood ageing agent used for the staining, shellac to seal and a Black Bison paste wax polish. Left the neck alone - Mighty Mite necks came with a thin sealer.

Esquires definitely count! I have infinite respect for esquire players after recently acquiring my first one!

I was admiring that earlier today! Will you be doing some more double bounds? Would love a red sparkle double bound doing one day!
I have a “spare” DB tele body here and some CAR metal flake mate. I was going to do it purple flake but I can do you one no problem

Nothing special, just an 89 standard which is a bit battered and bruised. The Daily Mail in the top right of the picture is Mrs Ronny's she gets it for the TV mag on a Saturday. As far as i'm concerned it's only use is for wiping your a**e on.

  • Good lord... I think the first post killed the point of this thread! :)

    I'll play, though.

Roadworn 50s tele (now sporting brass saddles and a bit more wear on the pickguard since that pic was taken, actually)

Oooof that 60s partscaster looks superb. Right up my alley. What sort of specs have you got for the neck?

(and yes, if you ever want to part with it, give me a shout :) )

Here's my take on an aged thinline, 9.5 to 12 compound radius with 22 frets, doesn't get much better, I'll see how my whiteguard compares though
